At DraftBox Cloud, your privacy, data security, and platform integrity are our highest priorities. This policy outlines how we handle your information and the rules for using our services.

1. Data Security & Storage

All files uploaded to our platform are stored on secure, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. We do not index, search, or sell the contents of your private files. When you permanently delete a file from your dashboard, it is immediately and physically removed from our servers.

2. 100% Secure Payments

We do not store your credit card or payment information on our servers. All payment processing is handled exclusively by encrypted, PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways (such as Stripe or PayPal). Your financial data never touches our database.

3. No Automatic Billing

We respect your wallet. If you participate in our 1-Year Free Premium Trial, your account will not automatically renew or bill you when the year ends. You must explicitly choose to renew your subscription.

4. Account Information

We collect only the essential information required to operate your account (such as your email address and encrypted password). We will never sell your email address or profile information to third-party marketers.

5. Fraud Prevention & Account Termination

To protect our community and infrastructure, DraftBox strictly prohibits the use of our platform for fraudulent, malicious, or illegal activities (including, but not limited to, financial fraud, phishing, or distributing malware).

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account suspected of fraudulent or illegal activity without prior notice or refund. Furthermore, we actively monitor for abuse and reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity and share relevant account information with law enforcement agencies to comply with legal obligations.
