Instantly, you will receive a secure share link and a scannable QR code, making it incredibly easy to share files directly to mobile devices or drop into a group chat.

We offer three tiers depending on your workflow needs:

• Guest (No Account): Perfect for quick sharing. Upload up to 100MB per session. Files are secure but cannot be managed once you leave the page.
• Free Account: Unlocks 5GB of permanent lifetime storage and a 500MB per-file upload limit. You get access to the dashboard to manage files.
• Premium: Built for professionals. Unlocks a massive 1TB storage vault, 20GB per-file uploads, The Time Capsule, and full Creator Profile branding.

Branded Sharing is an elite feature for our Premium users. Instead of sending anonymous, generic download links, you can establish professional authority with a Creator Profile.

You can upload a custom avatar, a cover backdrop, write a professional bio, and link your social media accounts. When you share a file, your unique branding is beautifully displayed at the top of the download page.

Yes, absolutely. DraftBox utilizes enterprise-grade AES-256 bit encryption for files at rest, and TLS 1.3 encryption for files in transit. This means your data is protected from interception from the second it leaves your device until it reaches our secure cloud vaults.

Only the people you share the specific URL with. Your uploaded files are never indexed by search engines like Google, nor are they publicly browsable. For maximum security, we highly recommend adding a Password to your uploads via the sharing widget.

These are advanced security controls for your intellectual property:

• Burn-After-Reading: Files self-destruct and are physically wiped from our servers the exact moment they are downloaded once. The link instantly becomes a 404 error for anyone else.
• The Time Capsule: You select a future "Unlock Date". The files will be visible on the download page to build anticipation, but absolutely no one can download them until that specific date and time occurs.

Because we provision a massive 1TB of high-speed storage during the free trial, a valid payment method is required strictly as a security measure to verify your identity. This prevents server abuse, bots, and spam accounts from degrading the network speed for real users.

You are in total control. We do not believe in sneaky auto-renewals. When your 365-day free trial ends, you will not be automatically charged.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription with a single click from your User Dashboard. If you cancel, you will still retain full Premium features until the end of your current billing cycle (or the end of your 1-Year Free Trial).

Your data is never randomly deleted. If your Premium plan expires and you revert to the Free tier, your account will be placed in a Read-Only state if you are over the 5GB limit.

This means your existing links will continue to work for clients, but you will not be able to upload any new files until you either upgrade your plan again or delete old files to get back under the 5GB limit.
